The Paul Regan Organisation was founded by its namesake in February 2011 after more than 20 years of working in the sports industry.
Paul was born in a depressed mining community in South Wales and came across the unlikely sport of tennis at the age of 14. A keen competitive tennis player, Paul went on to take his tennis coaching qualifications and fulfilled many coaching roles. Paul then went on to work with the Cliff Richard Tennis Foundation, eventually managing the Cliff Richard Tennis Trail; a national primary schools programme that introduced tens of thousands of children to tennis. Paul had an interest in sports recruitment and co-founded jobswithballs.com, the UK’s first online recruitment business that was dedicated to sport, which he ran for 3 years with two of the co-founders before selling the business.
